Coffee from the South American continent will be familiar to most people as a "classic" taste.  To take it to the next level, the Chokolate we select comes from regions that is home to some of the most consistently sweet and well-structured naturals.  Incredibly reliable, this single origin is amazing on its own and is also the foundation for both our blends.
 
Tasting notes: Chocolate, honey, almond, and dried fruits.
 
Roaster's notes: 
P - I love this as an espresso or a pour-over.  It's like drinking milk chocolate!  The main difference between both styles for this coffee will be the intensity of the sweetness.
J - The Brazil is the most versatile single origin we have. It is great in virtually every application. Try it black before you add anything to it.
