Campfire comes from the Pacific region of Indonesia.  Coffees from this region are deliciously robust, with cups reminiscent of a smooth brandy with strong notes of tobacco and wood.  We never over-roast our coffee, but if you enjoy the flavor profile of a darkly roasted coffee, this single-origin checks that box.
 
Tasting notes: Toasted marshmallow, pipe tobacco, leather, and cedar.
 
Roaster notes: 
P - This single-origin really shines as an espresso shot.  Smooth and creamy like a stout beer, it's a  real textural pleasure!
J - Just like how a nice smokey scotch seems to envelope you in warmth, the Sumatra is the bean that will make you feel like swirling it in a cup while sitting in your leather chair in a mahogany clad den.
