This seasonal is based on coffees from microlot farms in Burundi, Guatemala, which is then combined with an incredibly fruit-forward Ethiopian bean using a "supernatural" process.  The profile is sweet and tart which heralds the spring season.  As the brew cools the fruit comes on stronger and stronger. So, regardless of how you like your coffee, this blend is simply just right for the warming spring days and cooler evenings.
